On 13th March 2024, MWNUK co-chair Dr Iram Sattar MBE attended the 'Role of Faith in Social Prescribing' meeting. The session explored how faith groups contribute to social prescribing, aiming to reduce health inequalities through non-clinical factors. Dr Sattar highlighted the need for integrating spiritual care into holistic approaches, especially for mental health in minoritised communities.
